- You sign on. Your monthly AI SEO subscription kicks in from day 1. The build is bundled into it, no upfront build fee.
- Hand-crafted website designed for your trade, your customers, and your conversion patterns.
- AI SEO matrix generated: every service-by-location combination as a dedicated landing page, each engineered with stats, quotes, and citations to be cited inside Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.
- Schema markup, internal linking, Google Business Profile optimisation, and Google Search Console submission baked in before launch.
- You see drafts, you approve them, we ship.
Phase 03
Launch
Week 2 or 3
Site goes live. Page-1 clock starts. (Subscription has been billing since onboarding.)
- DNS cutover and full production deployment.
- Sitemap submitted to Google Search Console for indexing. Bing Webmaster Tools wired up. llms.txt published at site root.
- Day 1 of the 60-day page-1 guarantee. If we miss the target, your monthly billing pauses until we hit.
- Lead-capture forms wired to your CRM and tested end-to-end before announcements go out.
- Every page on your matrix is engineered to be cited inside Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. The citation triad (stats, quotes, sources) is baked into the template so pages get picked up by AI answer engines as the matrix matures.

- Discovery call. If we both agree to proceed, you sign on, your monthly subscription starts at onboarding, and the build is scheduled to begin the following week.

- Website build. You see drafts, you approve, we generate and QA the AI SEO matrix on top.
- Week 2 or 3

- Day 7 onwards
- Sitemap indexed. First pages start appearing in Google. Some rank early.
- Day 30 to 60
- Most clients hit the 5-pages-on-page-1 threshold. If you do, regular monthly billing continues.
- Day 60+
- If we missed, your billing pauses on day 60 and we keep working until you rank. If we hit, we move into scale phase.
- Month 2+
- Ongoing strategy calls, new pages added monthly, weekly indexing checks. The matrix compounds.
