This policy explains how Kelso Creative ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use kelsocreative.com, and the cookies we set. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Who we are

Kelso Creative, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. For any privacy question or request, email info@kelsocreative.com.

The data we collect

  • Information you give us through our forms: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, and anything you type into a message or enquiry field.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser/user-agent, and pages visited. We use this both for analytics (with your consent) and to protect our forms from automated spam.
  • Cookie and measurement data as described in the Cookies section below, only where you have consented.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • To send you a confirmation and follow up about what you asked for — legitimate interest / your request.
  • To measure and improve the site and our ads — lawful basis: your consent (you can change this any time via ).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse — legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, each acting under contract:

  • Supabase — secure database that stores your enquiry.
  • Resend — sends the confirmation and notification emails.
  • Go High Level — our CRM and call-routing system.
  • Google (Analytics & Search Console) — website analytics, with your consent.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, with your consent.
  • Stripe — payment processing for clients.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent.

Cookies

On your first visit we ask for your choice. Nothing optional runs until you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time via .

Necessary (always on)

Required to run the site and remember your cookie choice. These do not track you and cannot be switched off.

Analytics (optional)

Google Analytics 4 (cookies prefixed _ga) so we can see which pages and services are useful. Set only with your consent.

Marketing (optional)

Meta Pixel (cookies _fbp / _fbc) to measure the performance of our adverts. Set only with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email info@kelsocreative.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
