Kelso Creative is in the build phase. The 240+ page AI SEO matrix is being deployed and submitted to Google, Bing, and the AI search surfaces. Real ranking data will appear here as it accumulates, the same way we'll publish it for every client.
Most agencies show screenshots of other businesses they worked on years ago. We're showing the live feed from the system we're actively selling. If it isn't working on our own brand, you'll see it here too. That's the deal.

Why we publish this openly.
Agencies that won't show their own numbers are interesting. Why don't they? Usually because the system they're selling doesn't work on their own brand. We decided early on that if we couldn't rank ourselves on Google (and get cited inside the AI search surfaces), we had no business selling AI SEO to anyone else.
So the matrix you see described on /services/ai-seo is the same one running on kelsocreative.com. The 14-section template is the same. The internal linking pattern is the same. The stats, quotes, and citations engineered for AI surfacing are the same. As the data arrives, we publish it. As clients launch, theirs goes up here too with their permission. If the numbers are disappointing, you'll see that as well.
